Scott works to develop and encourage the career goals and aspirations of art and design students and alumni at RISD. Simply put, he does this work because he believes in the power of art and design to transform the world and address some of our most pressing collective challenges. Scott earned his Master of Science in College Student Development & Counseling at Northeastern University and received his Bachelor of Arts in English at Providence College. In his 9+ years working at the Career Center, he has served as an advisor and interviewer for the Fulbright grant process, co-led the Center's entrepreneurial initiatives, managed its Peer Advising program, co-authored the Center's new website, and leads content for social media platforms. Scott is also an avid movie buff as well as a massive Boston Celtics fan.

Fun Fact: While in college, Scott was a member of an all-male A Cappella group known as Special Guest. For his senior solo song, he sang O-Town's classic pop song - All or Nothing.
